Grief Therapy Workshop
January 26 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
On the 26th January we will be running a day’s grief support workshop.
The day will be led by our Clinical Psychologists and take an active therapeutic approach, which means it will involve some structured content focusing on specific aspects of grief or other associated difficulties, for example, difficult memories, troubled sleep, anxiety. The sessions are aimed at helping people learn more about loss and how to cope with all that arises from it, as well as helping them make stronger connections with others in a similar situation.
What does the workshop help with?
The day will provide a great opportunity to hear about other peoples’ experiences of loss and coping strategies. The content we will be covering has also been found to help reduce distressing feelings of grief, anxiety, and depression.
When will the workshop take place and where?
The workshop will take place on Saturday 26th January in Kings Cross, London.
